    GM SUPPORT!

    Is GM support working in game? Cause I've made several tickets in the past and have never had a single reply. I get up support desk and click report bug leave a description for example " I'm moving out of enemies red area of effect areas with time to spare but still take damage even though i'm well clear of it" I then submit and get a popup saying a GM will contact me shortly but they never do.

    Bug Reports and Report Cheating will never give you a direct response through /tell. AFAIK, these are two things are not handled by GMs, but by two different teams: the dev team (Bug Report) and Special Task Force (Report Cheating).

    GM will generally only respond to Report Harassment. Please only use this if you are being harassed by another player or RMT /tell spam.

    But what im experiencing is preventing me from playing effectively and I would like to know if there is a problem or any other reports about the matter in hand.

    Your best course of action is to search the In-Game Bugs forum if you want to see if others have the same issue. Generally speaking, S-E won't respond directly to a bug-related issue unless its game-breaking.

    While they are not likely to respond to said reports, it would be useful to know if they are actually being received. I have looked under the history part of reports I have sent, and they do not show up in it. Also yet to see any replies in the in-game support area for them either. For some of the reports, it would be nice to know that they have at least been received, instead of left wondering if that report method is actually working or not.


    So them actually showing up in the history part, or receiving an auto-reply confirming that it was received on the other end would be nice so know that they are not just going into the void, especially when see what appears to be a bot and exploit being used at the same time.

    Yea I agree! Even after opening a ticket u get a popup windows actually saying a GM will be with you shortly
