Hover cursor over Items Shows no Stats?

I don't know if this is a bug/glitch or whatever but whenever i hover my mouse over an item such as Weapons and armor it won't show any stats it will just light up but show no stats its the same thing with questing- Quest then Finish there are optional items hover over 1 and shows no stats what so ever it also same with the dungeon items. So im not sure if i put a setting on that did this or if its just a bug so if anyone could help it would be great thanks.

Im experiencing the same bug, makes the game pointless to advance in as you cannot see tooltips for any gear.

Hello! There is an option in the Character Settings menu that affects UI popups. If altering these settings does not rectify the issue, please make another report using the bug report template found Here. Thank you!
