There should be no cap, at the end of the day the monster will eventually be so high that it will create the cap.
Death = the cap.
I don't think it can really be abused either now that 8 man parties are the max, and if 8 rank 50's can kill a rank 82 Ogre good for them, they should be rewarded for it.
A high level raptor is a lot harder than a high level coblyn. but yeah, the problem with this sp system is they have to determine every monsters relative difficulty and for most of them they just throw out a rough figure that may not be accurate
You damn right, Alexia. Right now this game is nothing of a challenge. It's only a time sink. I'd like some excitement while playing. A challenge to overcome. An obstacle to hurdle. Anything else that needs to be said? Like I wrote before: You damn right, Alexia!^THIS^
It is crazy we have to look for 20+ Mobs for a challenge. At R30 a R30 Mob should be an EVEN match, meaning it should be a challenge. Mobs 10+ should be impossible to kill solo or even duo, they should require a full party. Then they can make adjustments to the SP, 200 for even match 500/600 for IT++ (Mobs 10+ Ranks). So as Shiyo has said before they increase the SP cap how about buff the mobs so we don't need to fight stupidly high level ones just to find a challenge.
I'm for a complete removal of sp cap.
It's so easy to reach a cap if we levelink, to add stars is worthless.
How many time I have lowered a leve's difficulty to 1 star and SP was unchanged!
I have 10,000 needles,
I'm not a weaver,
and I'm not scared to use them.
Everything needs to be adjusted. (and I think will be when the combat overhaul comes)
+20 with the delta-rank damage calculation is ugly. Mobs should be inherently tougher at r+20 without adding/subtracting like 60-80% damage.
