    Additional Actions for Lancer/Dragoon?

Recently, I took a look into the “Actions & Traits” menu and I noticed the “Additional Actions” thing. Apparently you can use some skills from other classes in your main class.
So, do you guys have any advice for skills from other classes for the Lancer/Dragoon to use?

    Lancer:
With Lancer, you get many more options. Here's a list of the cross class skills available. The skills you want to equip probably depend on whether you're soloing or in a party.

If you're soloing, consider equipping some defensive buffs/cures: Cure (Conj 2), Protect (Conj 8), Stoneskin (Conj 34), Physick (Arcanist 4), Bloodbath (Mar 8), Second Wind (Pug 8), etc.

Raise (Conj 12) is always nice to have, whether you're in a party or not.

If you're in a party, someone else can do the buffs/heals. You can focus on offense. So you'll probably want stack buffs, heavy attacks, and enmity drops: Raging Strike (Arc 4), Hawkeye (Arc 26), Quelling Strikes (Arc 34), Fracture (Mar 6), Mercy Stroke (Mar 26), Internal Release (Pug 12), etc.

For Dragoon, you can use skills from Marauder and Pug.

The only one I think you really need is Internal Release (Pug 12 -- crit rate +20% for 15 seconds). The one you definitely don't need is Skull Sunder (Mar 4 -- increases enmity ... bad for DRG).

You might want a couple of defensive abilities: Foresight (Mar 2 -- +defense 20%), Second Wind (Pug 8 -- instant self-heal), Bloodbath (Mar 8 -- 25% of your next attack as self heal), or Featherfoot (Pug 4 -- +evasion 15%). Mantra is good, but it's Pug 42, so you might not have that for a while.

And you might want an extra attack (if it doesn't mess up your rotation): I like Fracture (Mar 6 -- DoT that lasts a long time, so you don't need to reapply it very often). I'd probably pass on Haymaker (can only be used after evading an attack) and Mercy Stroke (very powerful attack, but you almost never get the self heal, and it's got a very long cooldown).

I am pulling Mantra, Second wind, internal release from Pug & Fracture, Bloodbath from MRD
End game Blood bath can give your healer a break from worrying bout you gaining about 200 hp back from a Full thrust
Also Life surge will make your second wind crit, giving you about 950 hp back at 50

Mantra is defficient as it's only 5%, whereas the Monk would get 20% (I think).

Without the pugilist trait is a 10%, and with the trait you are right it is a 20%. From your actual options it looks like is an imprescindible tool for endgame content.
