Delay or can avoid AOE on time.

After, last Thursday Maintenance .
I am experiencing delay in evading AOE attack, when my char already move out the circle, i still get the damage. Not only me, almost everyone get the same problem,

It's so frustrating, especially on titan hard. I hope this problem can be fixed.
