I believe it has something to do whenever the music is playing in Thanalon or whenever its raining, then they say something different. Its like the event is scheduled to run for certain periods of time in the script. So in other words, the event is turned on and off.

Thats something I never seen happen before its quite unique if thats the case and it seems highly probable thats the cause of it.. Because as you saw Kuzi Got a Response from the Leve NPC ( probably on a different server), While I ( on a different server) Didnt get that kind of response from the NPC, SDo I agree with your Statement it being a " off and on event"

It does explain why the music is off in Thanalon from time to time, there is no trigger for this event, its just scheduled for activation and deactivation. While it is active, be sure to check Uldah for the NPC.

You know what else is weird.. I didn't have music in Thanalan for 8hrs so I decided to log out and come back in, and when I came back in The Music was back on.. hmmm... Maybe it was coincidental that it came back on as I logged in.. lol. But I havent see this Algar npc dude yet and I would like to check him out.. lol All this weird stuff going on... haha
