Chatting while macro-crafting

I use macros to craft things like the basic intermediate materials which I need a lot of, and while I do that, I chat in my Free Company. My macro is something like this:

/ac "Basic Touch" <me>
/wait 2.6
/ac "Basic Touch" <me>
/wait 2.6
/ac "Basic Touch" <me>
/wait 2.6
/ac "Master's Mend" <me>
/wait 2.6
/ac "Basic Touch" <me>
/wait 2.6
/ac "Basic Touch" <me>
/wait 2.6
/ac "Basic Synthesis" <me>

When the item finishs, the synthesis window close and Crafting Log opens. At this time, if I'm typing in the chat window, my control focus is taken away and the next few keystrokes I type become commands that open windows like Quest Journal, Options, Map, you get the idea.

Please fix this. When I'm typing in the chat log, none of this should happen. I'm "actively using" the chat window, I don't want the focus to be forced back into the Crafting Log.

This is very annoying.

If you have to have this for GamePad users, please take it out of the keyboard-mouse mode.

This also happens to me. I agree focus should not be deferred elsewhere while in the chat box. this also happens if you're typing in a dungeon, and an instanced cutscene pops.

You wouldn't know of a infinite loop macro where it'll synthesize all your lumber like quick synthesize would you.

No. Macros lack recursion and branching.
