in the server im in its non-stop in the main part of the city where you first start off and when you head outside to do tasks its every now and then they spam pm you.

What I have noticed is its usually only 2 to 3 spammers in one city who spam the same thing over and over. I just click on their name and select the command to /tell them, then I use their name in my chat box to add to my blacklist. It usually works for a few hours before they switch bots.
