Sup all! Me and my brother in law are looking for a FC. Hoping to, down the line, get into raiding (only got the weekends, work nights. Wife and kid take up the rest of my time!) The FC I'm in now doesn't really socialize at all. I've tried to get multiple runs, fate groups, etc. Always enjoyed a guild, linkshell, were people bullshit and help each other out.
