Ifrit Bleeds, We Can Kill It quest will not complete.

I am trying to complete Ifrit Bleeds, We can Kill it quest, and everytime that I attune to the crystal it gives me the quest complete screen and says that bowl of embers (hard mode) is available, but it does not complete in my journal nor does it put the duty in my duty finder. I have turned off my PS3 and relogged in to see if that would fix it, but it did not work. I can not even abandon the quest and try again since it is a story quest. Any help would be appreciated, as I cannot continue with the game. Thank-you.

I'm also having same problem with this quest. it says Bowl of embers is unlocked but it doesn't unlock it and the quest doesn't get completed.

Do you guys have full inventories as well?

EDIT: I fixed it. Because it offers seals as a reward you need to empty your bags.
