I am on the Faerie server, and since at least yesterday I haven't been able to see anyone except for myself using /shout, /yell, or /say chat. I have checked my filtering setting, and it allows those three chats, I mean I can see myself talking in them, but I cannot see when others talk in those chats.

I tested it with some friends, and they couldn't see me using them, and I couldn't see them using it. So it isn't that it is just quiet. It isn't working completely or something.
