Does the ingame support center work?

Hi guys

I've recently had an issue that requires a GM's attention, I have tried using the ingame support via the Support Desk but I am not recieving any response and it doesnt show in the History.

This issue could be fixed quicker but Square Enix are closed on Weekends

Is the ingame GM service 24 hours?

For issues that require GM atteniton you can get immediate (well sort of) assistance ingame. For issues that are handeld by the support center, you can submit a ticket from within the game, but the support center will answer it.

not so sure how helpful the support center is though.
i submitted a ticket about a graphic error i was getting and the reply i got was along the lines of "we are not allowed to give ingame hints or tips, try our community forums"
