    It's the level 10 guild quest that you need to complete, not the main story.

    I have no idea if it has to be the level 10 guild quest of the class you started as or not, but I hope that helps.

    This is correct, you must complete the level 10 guild quest for the class you started as, this will unlock the armory system for your character
