I encountered a glitch or bug while I was about to go after the four "Unsavory Characters". I was about 10 steps or so away from the exclamation mark buffing before I ran into it to engage the fight. When I was running toward it I began to see a group of 27 Unsavory Characters containing 25 archers and 2 conjurers standing in a circle. They were there before, during, and after the battle, but not inside the instance. I thought I was the only one seeing this until a Lalafell named "Itarutaru Tarutaru" came by doing this same exact quest and seen the same thing.

Steps:
1. Buff character with Shell, Protect, Shock Spikes.
2. Ran forward to engage area for the quest's fight while at the same time shocked to see the Unsavory Circle.
3. Beat up first pair of character's and watch second pair spawn inside the circle. Scared of aggro, decided to wait for the second pair to move to find out which ones to kill.
4. Killed second pair and thankful for the circle to not link. Went inside instance to see they aren't there.
5. Left instance to find myself in the cave, forced to go through the circle finding out they don't aggro.
6. (Useless Step) Took many screenshots and joined the ranks of the Unsavory Circle as one of the archers.

I wasn't sure if I could post a screenshot nor from where to safely post it from. So I decided not to. Hope this helps.
