Missing Luminary Saw from version 1.23

I am not able to receive my luminary saw which I completed the achievement for in version 1.23. I still have the achievement completed but cannot claim the saw via the Jonathas (spelling?) npc. It is not located in my bags, mail, or ratainers. I was not able to claim it in version 1.23 because of hurricane sandy, had no power or internet connection for the last week of the game.

Yes, I have checked with the Calamity Salvager and he does not have anything for me.

I am actually having the same issue, I posted an in game support tab on it with no response. I have the achievement for my luminary of the armorer or whatever its called and its no where to be found, I checked the savager, i checked both my retainers, every ounce of my inventory my armory chest, and my armoire and I don't have it. I Spoke with the man and he has nothing for me, as well as checked my mail
