    My friend cannot log since August 25th.

    My friend who bought the game enterd his pre-order code plus game code was suddenly unable to log in because he was asked to enter a valid code. which he did, but the game decided on official release day that it was not anymore.

    After 4 tickets, all closed for supposedly issues already taken care of.. when they were not, he was told to contact chat support. The problem is, he cannot see where the chat support is located, he enters his ticket but the chat button is not there, only email.

    Anyone can help? Where is the chat support button please? My friend o far lost his money and is loosing fast his will to play the game because of the horrible support.

    If he wants live chat support, your friends needs to be online at the stated working hours in SE's timezone.

    I had experience with both email and live chat, both being extremely helpful. So good luck.

    100% of my problems with the game was solved by the FF14 community sadly, you should get your friend to google for people who had posted about a similar problem.
