Sent wrong copy

So I preordered 2 PS3 CE physical copies from the SE online store.

They sent the PC version instead. I didn't notice it til I went to open it. Anyone else have this happen? I have a ticket into the SE support but I know how that can go. I also am aware I'm probably screwed out of getting the PS3 version at this point. Which would be fine, if they gave me PS3 codes so I could register on my PS3.

I don't know about being screwed, you can probably still find PS3 standard copies in stores. My local Walmart still had a few.

Problem is, I already spent more money and didn't get the product that I paid for. So I really hope they don't tell me to go out and buy it again because thats pretty terrible customer service.

Well, it's what I did. I had a slightly similar problem. I ordered the PS3 CE but gave the code away thinking I wouldn't need it. Silly me, had to go out and buy another copy. Don't regret it in the slightest. You having bought two, though, I do hope Square can give you a break on that.
