As far as I know there's no ingame way to change this. Dat modding is still difficult in 14. There are tools outside of the game that might help. I'm not sure if you're allowed to mention outside programs but there's one called Visolve that will change his PCs color pallate. Not sure if it'll work with ff14, but it's worth looking into.
