    Support Center is useless. Forum support is useless.

    I have been missing 2.0 collector's edition items ever since the game launched. Have been contacting support several times but only got copy and paste responses or just flat-out ignored. Sought help through forum support and told to contact support.

    For real!?

    4 days left until trial period ends. I will not renew my subscription, and you can keep these items. Yes, keep them. You bet these items are worth more than my money.

    I'm in the same boat sad to say except mine is just the pre-order items lol. 3 tickets so far have been closed without response or any action taken and I honestly don't know how many more days I have left for the free trial.
