    A linkshell friend told me he found out that it's a titan's move. I didn't see any summoner around. Maybe it's some kind of glitch that leaves it there for a long time.

    I've seen similar rings in cities - usually red or blue.

    They can last quite a while.

    I'm guessing they're skills from magic users.
