Name Change Question in Technical Support Unanswered After a Week

Hello support. I sent in a support ticket about the name change form asking if my character creation issues warranted using it. I sent the ticket because I did not want to misuse the form. I had some issues loading my character creation data, but not in naming the character. Once I changed the look of my character, I would have used the form to adjust the name with it.

I sent in the ticket on the 5th or 6th of last week and I still haven't heard from a support agent. What's more, if I understand the postings correctly, the name changes should have already taken place.

I'm not going to try to claim some horrible injustice because what happened is light years from that. I just want an answer to my question (if the answer would still be relevant given the time frame).

Names change as I know were processed regardless if you had problems or not as long as the form was filled out by the 10th and then were done on the 11 during maintenance, allowing to change name of character on the 12th.

Well, then I missed it to make sure I wouldn't abuse the system I guess. Any chance of an official SE answer here?
