HUD display changes not saving

my HUD display doesn't save when I log out and log back in. so everytime I log in I have to spend 5 minutes putting it back. it basically crunches everything together and makes it so I can't play effectively if I don't fix it.
examples: my exp bar overlaps my health bar
my limit gauge overlaps my party list
enemy list overlaps my map.

basically everything resets to default EVERYTIME I log in. it's really annoying.

I play on ps3. I took a pic on my iphone and am trying to download it but it won't let me do it.

I don't know how to insert a picture. I took several. can you explain to me how I put a picture in?

also now I have another problem. i'm a smn 25 sometimes carbuncle doesn't follow me but he still fights. but because he's so far away I can't target him to heal him or even to use "sustain". I took pictures of that as well but again I don't know how to put them on this forum.

I'm sorry to hear you're having these troubles. We still need to collect the images from you before we are able to investigate this properly. If you could please follow the steps listed below, we will make sure that your report is looked into so we can try to resolve it.
Instead of hitting "Post Quick Reply", click on "Go Advanced". Once you do that, click on "Manage Attachments" which will open a new window. In that window, near the top right, click on "+ Add Files" then "Select Files". Find where the files are located at on your computer and hit "Upload Files" then wait for the upload to happen. Once it is done, click on "Insert Inline" in order to put them into the reply to this thread. Also, if you can tell us what model number of the PS3 you are using that will help us out, too.

As for your new found concern, as Aesthphron recommended, the bug template found Here has all the information we need for reporting. We welcome you to start a separate thread using that template for this new concern you have.

again i'm not very good with computers and i'm really sorry. where is it? I click on "go advanced" but I don't see it.

well idk. i'm trying and it's not working. maybe I just have to wait for the ps4 version and it will actually work....
