HELP!!!!!!!!! Stuck on Lvl 14 Main Story quest.

I am a level 26 Archer and have completed To Guard a Guardian in my main scenario. I started the next quest but didn't have the mask and can't get it from Mother Mionne. Is there a way to delete a completed quest and do it over so I can continue my story?
Help PLEASE!

I think you need to go to the carpenter guild to get the materials first if memory serves me right.

Yes, you have to go to the Carpenter's Guild and speak to the Guildmaster, Beatin to continue (he's the one who gives you the mask, or more specifically, a key item with the mask inside). Then return to Miounne to continue.

Quests can be abandoned by clicking the 'abandon' button for that quest's listing in the Journal (for the PC version the Journal is accessed by the '!' button at the bottom of the screen. This resets the quest to before you accepted it, meaning you lose all progress in it, but you can re-accept it from the beginning as if you'd never done it before.

You can't abandon a main story quest.

It sounds like he just missed the trip to the Carpenter's Guild to get the box.

Thanks for the input, guys, but I cant abandon and have sent numerous replies to Support to remove To Guard a Guardian so I can redo it. It gliched in the middle of the quest Festive Endeavors. I had no quests left on my screen or log when I logged back on except the completed To Guard a Guardian. I have been all over and Mother M has nothing nor does Beatin.

never let your lvl up more than main quest .. or you finish !!

I just started an ARC in Gridania this morning. I doubt I'll get to that quest tonight because of work, but will probably get there tomorrow. I'll come back and edit this post with a step-by-step walkthru of it. We'll try to figure out if you missed a step or if it actually is bugged for you. Hopefully we'll find that there's an NPC somewhere that you just missed talking to. That would be the much simpler solution.
