The server time that can be displayed in the miniature status widget (connection status and time) is improperly reporting the actual server time.

Take two Windows computers. Set one computer to use a timezone that obeys Daylight Savings Time and set the other computer to use UTC (a timezone that does not obey DST).

If the computer that uses UTC displays "x" hours and "y" minutes for the in-game server time, the computer with a timezone that obeys DST will display "x + 1" hours and "y" minutes for the server time.

This discrepancy can be particularly frustrating when someone attempts to set up a meeting of any kind between players when the reported server time can be different by a full hour. A more bullet-proof, consistent method for reporting the server time should be implemented.
