Replicating error 90k

Right, i've had this problem quite some time where the server stops responding all of a sudden (every 30 or so minutes) Can't cast spells, mount etc. Every time this happens my windows desktop clock rolls back exactly one hour (windows 7)

Right, i don't know if this is related to the actual server clock being synced with my rigs clock but anyhow. When the server stops responding and my windows clock rolls back one hour, changing the windows date and time while still logged into the game results into error 90000 every single time. When this happens windows internet time synchronization stops working as well.

-I have restarted windows time services from services.msc
-My time zone settings are fine

I have no idea what to do. This started 2 weeks back after an emergency maintenance.
