Nice congrats! Can you post a screen shot?
I have approximate knowledge of many things.
PLD Flash will not work if mobs resist blind
correct?
Example: Flash applied blind on the mobs, if we immediately flash, its will not work and no enmity increase?
It should increase your enmity as usual - remember, that when you were leveling your PLD flash at first only increased enmity, then a bunch of lvls later blind effect was added?
From what I see
If mobs already blinded and you applied flash and its say "Blind - fully resist"
I keep flash when I lose hate but my enmity not increase ...
Enmity icon: Orange Flashing - oh no oh no Flash!
Enmity icon: Red flashing - yes yes good boy ...
Enmity icon: Orange flashing - awww shit somebody don't know how to control their hate, FLASH!
Enmity icon: Orange flashing - what .... !?!?!? why its not turn Redddddd FLASH AGAIN!
Enmity icon: Yellow - WTH !! WHY!?! FLASH yet again
Enmity icon: Green - ........
This what happened to my PLD tanking at AK try to spamming Flash to pull out mobs group and its not turn red
This not happens to my WAR tank, because WAR flash didn't have blind effect and whenever I lose hate, I can keep flash until mobs hug me well
My WAR flash always turn those 'orange' enmity icon into red easily

Watch the threat meters not the icons, you're not observing change correctly. Perhaps your weapon/str/determ are too low to change the icons. Your WAR is wielding a 2hander so flashes are much more potent than that on a paladin, of course you don't get as many. Watch my aoe tanking video and you will watch me hold aggro against relic+1 dps with just flash. From what I see

I am bringing up a paladin alt to 50 and this guide has REALLY HELPED me hone my skills, so thank you so much. I am going to start this alt out with HQ Darksteel chest/helm and legs/boots and itemize the rest with Darklight, Hoplite, mytho pieces from there... I was wondering, could any advise on materia prioritization? I have seen so many options.
My thoughts are: Accuracy Cap -> evaluate aggro needs versus mitigation needs (in other words, do I go determination or parry?)
Does anyone have any advice here?

Being a great tank means having multiple gear sets. I am building a threat set, parry set, also got warrior to 50. I should be ready for anything.
