looking at AF2 gears. only 3/10 is +Spell Speed. the rest is + Crit. This got me wondering how we gonna gear up? Should i go stack Spell Speed by combine 3 AF2 pieces with darklight?
btw, all darklight gears are + Spell Speed.

Hmm no, since healing can crit too this is intended. As you know the primary healing skill from SCH doubles the effect on crits.
I'd say crit is more effective on a scholar due to shield effects.
Our spike heal, Lustrate, is instant cast anyway so spell speed doesn't matter.
im still a little bit confused about DET. it doesnt increase MY HEALING DONE, but increase INCOMING HEALING TO ME. can anyone clarify this?
That may explain why my healing is so variable based on the tank, or it could just be dumb luck. I do know that determination increases your healing potency stat, but it's not as much as mind.
Spell speed doesn't seem to work horizontally with GCD reduction. It will always be beneficial to have but it to pale in comparison to crit. As mentioned above, our class heals are very reliant on crit and many of our skills are "off GCD" anyway. Generally speaking you will want to stack higher item level gear, we don't even really have much of a choice in stats atm.
anyone got confirmation on how DET works on healing potency?
71 det increase healing by like 10-15hp physick.
