No. I never received an onion helm in the mail.
Yes, I took all items out of the Calamity Salvager.

Now that you mention it, I don't think I have ever seen my onion helm ever since the game relaunched.

Thanks for the answers. I have one other question, for clarity. You purchased the 1.0 collector's edition, and your items from 1.0 are not appearing in 2.0, is that correct? Or did you also purchase the 2.0 collector's edition, and those items are missing? Sorry for all the trouble.

No, I didn't purchase 2.0 collector's edition. I have 1.0 collector's edition from all the way back years ago. I was supposed to get 2.0 collector's edition just like every 1.0 collector's edition owner but I never got those items.
