Steady Hand Bug

Steady Hand buff, for crafting, says it inproves action Success rate by 20% for the next five steps.
When we activate it, we get a buff for five steps as the following: Action Success rate is increased by 10%.

This is either a bug or a rly problematic mistext on what its supposed to do and actually dont do.
