After I spammed LF FATE groups or random questions and received absolutely no responses, I thought the chat might be broken. I confirmed this when I stood next to my friend and went through tell/say/yell/shout and he (on mumble) said that he did not receive any messages.
For some reason, Free Company and party chat has been working. I submitted a bug report, Gilgamesh 9-13-13 at 3:51pm. Just letting everyone know because we wasted a bunch of gil teleporting around trying to recruit for our free company!
