Why Leave After 3 Mins?

For the past few days, and after 25+ titan cues, seems the new thing to do is que up, wait 3 mins then waste everyones time and leave. You .....

this has been happening to me in Garuda. once someone messes up we all die, the fight leaves little room for error. This brings out the worst in the mmo community causing people to leave.

My suggestion to SE would be to increase the 1st person leaving penalty and add a repeat offender penalty for leaving again within 24 hours.

1st time leaving 30 minute penalty
2nd time leaving 1 hour penalty
3rd time leaving 1 hour & 30 minute penalty

I would like this implemented after they add the gear level content restrictions.

its just crazy the amount of people leaving. Makes me not want to play. i cant get anything done especially since ive waited almost 1 hour everytime to join just to have people leave after 3 minutes.

As a tank I left as soon as I saw this stupid healer wearing the weaver artifact gear, please. Gear score worked fine in other mmo's, stop complaining
