Steps:

1) I had been online for about 3 hours.
2) Opened the Message Board
3) Pressed "X" on the Search Box and "Triangle" to use the keyboard.
4) Typed: Aetheryte and pressed "Circle".
5) Pressed "Square" to search.
6) Hard-crash occurred

• Comcast Cable/ Wireless Connection
• Modem is from Comcast/ Motorola Unknown model #

Unknown Model # for Playstation 3.
