The point is you shouldn't have to bribe people just to get through the missions... or god forbid any of us want to use them for xp or farming. I would imagine plenty of folks who shout do so while they're queued up for duty finder, but that can take quite a while, even on healer I've found, simply due to a lack of people running dungeons.
