    Is the shout channel broken, been to 3 zones and nothing.

    Most people have shout turned off because of the constant spam from gil sellers atm. I know I have mine turned off

    Indeed. So if you want to make some sort of advertisement, use /yell instead. Just be in a populated area, like an Aetheryte in a city.

    Theres /yell spam too, so if yur like me, /yell is turned off as well.

    Ya thought it was, i talked to some LS mates and they said the same. No shout, say or yell in any of the zones they had been in.
