I didn't want to necro-bump the old thread of this but I wanted to see if anyone had gotten this resolved for them. I've submitted 5 tickets since launch, gotten nothing but a canned response of "blah blah 48 hours blah blah". I've tried phone support and got nothing but busy signals. I've tried chat support only to be told it WASN'T NA support even though everyone posting the link in that thread said it was (and yes I put my ticket number where I was told to get it to work). I am at my wit's end now and seriously considering requesting a refund over this issue. I understand the whole thing started from user error, but the site was very poorly designed and seemed like it was intentionally confusing. Now that that's out, has anyone found a reliable way to contact Square in NORTH AMERICA so I might have a glimmer of hope to get this resolved? Oh, and I also haven't gotten a new product code via email like they said they gave everyone (nice job SE).
