I don't understand why you would need a macro for single ability. It's one command you can simply bind to a hotkey and hit it whenever it's off cool down.

Something like this could possibly work but then the macro would break once you use another macro or you are casting another spell:

    /ac "Rouse" <me>
    /wait 60
    /ac "Rouse" <me>
    /wait 60
    /ac "Rouse" <me>
    /wait 60
    /ac "Rouse" <me>
    /wait 60
    /ac "Rouse" <me>
    /wait 60
    ...

There's only three macros I really use:

    DOTs:
    /ac "Bio II" <t>
    /wait 2.5
    /ac "Miasma" <t>
    /wait 2.5
    /ac "Bio" <t>

    Cure:
    /ac "Physick" <mo>
    /ac "Physick" <tt>
    /ac "Physick" <me>

    Focus Fire (targets tanks target):
Use Shift+F on the tank first to set focus target
    /target <f>
    /assist

    Edit: Forgot this one:

/ac "Eye for an Eye" <mo>
/ac "Eye for an Eye" <tt>

The reason why people put several single skills in to 1 macro is its easier to do the rotation hitting 11111 instead of 1 2 3 2 4 1 5 3 2. for example i have

    /macroicon "Heavy Shot"
    /ac "Heavy Shot" <t>
    /ac "Bloodletter" <t>
    /ac "Misery's End" <t>
    /ac "Internal Release" <me>
    /ac "Blood for Blood" <me>
    /ac "Raging Strikes" <me>
    /ac "Hawk's Eye" <me>
    /ac "Barrage" <me>

this way i use all my dps cooldowns as they pop up for max overall dps and i dont have to worry about using them 1 by 1 as they pop up. And it will always use my dps cooldowns while i am on global cooldown!

Keep it up! You'll do great with that macro!

Try putting Misery's End above Bloodletter in the priority list. It resets the CD for Misery's End so you can use it more often and for multiple mobs it will allow you to save Bloodletter for the next target. If Bloodletter kills the target while Misery's End is up and then you switch targets you lose some DPS.
