Attacks which are off the global cooldown(GCD) like the Leg Sweep stun for lancers cannot be used until the animation of the current attack is completed. This is an extreme problem for interrupting abilities in this game since the windows for interruption are so small. Certain moves have longer animations before these off GCD moves can be used than others.

For example, as a lancer using any of the moves in the combo of True Thrust->Vorpal Thrust->Full Thrust it is near impossible to get a Leg Sweep stun off if an enemy cast begins as you have just used one of these moves. On the other hand the Impulse Drive->Disembowel->Chaos Thrust combo all have shorter animation completion times and it is much more possible to get a Leg Sweep interrupt off after using these moves. This does not seem correct.
