Tilde ~ vs ˜

Hello, I wasn't really sure where to place this on the forums, as this is more of a request rather than a bug. It's around how the tilde (˜ vs ~) is rendered in the chat log. None of the templates for reporting a in-game bug really fit this, however if a one is required please let me know and I'll supply additional information. Or if this should be moved to a different section please let me know as well.

Currently, when you use the tilde is renders in the chat log as this: ˜

My request is to have it rendered this way: ~

Why you might ask? Well it really comes down to personal preference and the untraditional way it's used in chat log to create various textual emoticons/smilies.

For example, if you want to do a winking face people either do this ;) or ^_~

However, since tilde symbol renders like this ˜ the second option for a winking emoticon doesn't really look right. ^_˜

This isn't by any means a high priority as actual bugs should trump requests like this, but more of a "nice to have".

I'd rather they work on making the digits 5, 6, and 8 more distinguishable.
