Completed Company Hunting log, no company mammet

What the title says. According to the information I have found about this you are supposed to receive a grand company specific Mammet minion when you complete your company hunting log, I have but no minion. I have also heard, but only from one source that there is an NPC that must be spoken to after completing the log. I am with the Gridanian GC, does anyone have any further information one this?

Go to Apkallu Falls in Old Gridania (where smn quest npc is, also where 1.0 Louisiox could be found). An NPC known as the Master of the Rolls will give you items tied to achievements there.
