Sorry SE, but endgame won't work if you don't fix something.

Every single boss battle becomes instantly exciting and requires constant focus and pure gaming skill (something sorely missing from other MMOs). This game is everything I want in an MMO and I truly hope that SE does not change it...
For those that hate this system, I wish you could experience it lag free. It's perfect how it is and it should not change.

You equate gaming skills to sharp reflexes. I have news for you: these games are played, often extremely well, by older people, too.
Also, you obviously don't care a damn about other people, but that's only to be expected in our society. :P
