is the animations and red circles/lines syncronized already? cause that has nothing to do with net problems, its just bad designing.

The synchronization itself is fine. The problem is that to the server you're permanently lagged by about 0.3s so you're never at where you think you are accordingly to the server.

Lol how it is fine? You can be inside the are of effect dmg while the animation going on and take no dmg because u moved out of the circle. Oh u think thats normal? Cant they put the animation while the red circle appears is it so hard?
