Sorry SE, but endgame won't work if you don't fix something.

It's such a terrible combo to play with a high global cooldown and high delay.
I lose all the time 2-3 seconds on my damage CDs because I activate multiple CDs and have to wait until they are on .... to use my skills.

If I interrupt a spell by 50% of the cast, my interrupt is on CD but the spell hits me.

I will wait only one month more!

It's even worse for tanks and healers as they pop cool downs, the CD goes off but the spell doesn't register in time so someone usually dies.
