They really need to work on this already. There is clearly a difference of when monsters actions show up on a PS3 vs a PC. I shouldn't have to memorize every monsters skill rotation and predict future events in my mind for a whole dungeon run just to have a chance of avoiding monster actions because of bad game design.

If 100% of the time as a monsters action shows and said person can never move out of the way fast enough for the attack not to register on them. Then obviously the game needs to be reworked. I had less latency on my PS2 playing ffxi than PS3 and FF14 that should say enough.
