With regards to Titan, I live in the states, and honestly don't have a problem with the delays for the AOE in his instance. (Meaning even if I'm not paying attention for a half-second or so I can still get out of them in time)

HOWEVER even while playing with experienced players who are overgeared for the fight, wipes happen frequently. This does tend to be more of a European player problem from what I've seen, which is sad because Ragnarok is literally an EU server.

I feel like there should be some way for the client itself to determine whether a player has evaded a particular move successfully. I know this would sometimes result in a somewhat flawed display end-result (meaning sometimes it would appear your party member got smacked when they didn't or vice versa), but I also think it would make these fights playable and equally challenging for those that can't progress due to latency issues and not a lack of skill/attention/reaction time/etc.
