So some players are suffering from this issue and others aren't?

Going from a 14 FPS laptop to a 60 FPS PC made the difference for me. However, people with high end computers appear to be still having issues it seems.



Hmph... I've been dissatisfied with many games but I have never gone to the extent of requesting a refund lol.

Everyone is experiencing it, but people with terrible connections are just assuming that every game has latency like this
