That video makes it as plain as day, he is out of the AoE area when the cast bar is at 50%. I would like to see some of the naysayers comment on this, would like to see SE comment on this even more; I doubt either will happen.

If this doesn't get fixed, I predict a lot of players will eventually find another game to spend their $15 a month.

This is not something you can just ignore and hope players eventually stop complaining about it.
