    Well, after a 10 day ban for replying to this thread I'm back, this will be my last post in this thread, since it is obvious that neither SE or the fanboys / people who thinks they're dodgemasters, want to understand the issue.

    First of all, to clarify there is an issue, since most people is still acting blind to this or thinks they're too professional:
    There IS an issue with the network management of this game. It doesn't matter any more if it is server lag, position updating, ISP filtering, or bad routing. One thing is for sure, in 99% of the cases it is not client sided, anyone playing with a regular configuration won't have modified network parameters, people complaining has good enough computers, and PS3 is standard hardware among players for which the game was designed for.

    Why is it their fault even if it does not affect everybody?
    1. Because every other decent MMO doesn't have these issues. Even if ISPs are throttling or there's bad routing, other games are not suffering from this, so IT IS their fault for doing shitty network transfer design, or by placing servers at the wrong place, or by using the wrong ISPs that are affecting a lot of people (not necessarily all), or because they fail to use lag compensation techniques
    2. Because it's their game and their business, thus they money, they should worry
    3. Because a lot of players are concerned about this and they're NOT EVEN giving an answer

    Forget about Titan
    I have killed Titan multiple times, always reactively dodging, I enjoy the fight and join it when people asks for help, I don't have issues moving out of red areas, I'm at coil turn 4 and I can steadily kill titan multiple times without eating a single area, in a team where no one eats a single one. Stop trying to make the community think they are bad at dodging, there IS people with this issue, who dodges and gets knocked back SECONDS after dodging (we're not talking about 500ms any more).

    This is not just Titan, this goes far beyond Titan, Titan is just an example because it is where most people notice since it is critical. That you don't have issue, doesn't mean someone else can't have it. And that the issue is affecting a partial amount of people, doesn't mean it is not SE's fault.

    You think you're good and the others suck? Well let me tell you this (sorry to disappoint you, yes Santa is the parents): games are designed for a large audience, so that everybody can play them, which means every encounter in such a game will be available to beat to everybody, including pros (as you think you may be), and average players, so I'm sorry but you all who think you're so good dodging stuff, doesn't mean anything, people is not as slow as you may think. While learning the encounter? Yes, but there's people who knows it, who beat it, who can play just fine (and good), and are also having such issues, either way, as mentioned, the only issue is not titan but everything else revolving responsiveness.

    Also let me say that it is true that some people does suck on Titan, and complain about lag, they have been contaminated from all the community complaining and they might be wrong / take advantage of this, since people can think it is lag when they're not used to the fight, however these are a small number of people, and these are the ones who after 1-2 weeks of trying will eventually kill it and disappear from the forums or lag-excuse world. These are just noise added to a very big issue.

    I already posted about this in the past, I even added a video showing the issues, and multiple other people has done the same, we're tired of providing proof.
    • Not being able to dodge dodged areas
    • Not being able to use skills on moving targets
    • Buffs not buffing because they overlap skills in race conditions
    • Casting not responsive
    • Stuns/Silences happening in great delay
    • ...
    And the list goes on, the conclusion is the same either way: GAME RESPONSIVENESS AT THE MOMENT SUCKS FOR MANY REASONS, AND WHATEVER THE REASONS MAY BE.

    Even if getting a proxy server such as Battleping helps, people should not be getting this for a product that doesn't specify it will be needed.
    1. A zillion other games and other MMOs do fine without these external services
    2. There is an extensive list of other issues that are not ping issues


    Finally, I believe they know about this but they either don't care, or won't let us know.
    Once again, most people is not even demanding a fix on this (even though they really are in the position to demand it), they're just asking for an acknowledgement or official answer to this issue, that it does not affect 100% of the people is not an excuse.

    They're giving responses to other kind-of-major (lol) concerns such as removing a single voice from the background music, and threads in full caps that are usually undesired in forums. Both of them getting answers saying "we've been talking to the development team and...", so once again, communication doesn't seem to be that great limitation. I don't even want to mention posts such as complaining about butt sizes receiving more attention.

    Another clear example is this about the Coil's turn 5 announcement. People complained, according to the proud SE there is a very small % of people in comparison to the whole community that is having issues there, yet it received a full world announcement. It doesn't affect everybody, why announce it like this? So that people knows a zone is not accessible? They could have done the same announcement live for the people currently in the coil (as they did at release when partial zones were going down), and add a message at the entrance NPC as they have.

    Either way I've spent too much time in this thread and either they got the message, or they didn't, but I'm tired, so I guess SE "wins" on thinking this will slip into forgetfulness (it's their loss really). This thread has been getting less attention lately (same activity, but same people posting daily bumps and unrelated issues), but most of the major usual complainers have disappeared and I don't think they're banned, but unsubbed as they said instead, since it coincides with the renewal dates.
