1. if the server your on isn't below 100 ping switch server to another one when its avaliable
2. If none of these servers shows less then 100 ping please get new internet or complain to them and not SE
3. if your unable to get a new ISP then im sorry about your luck your just gonna always suck
4. you could always move to another location with better internet.
