This is a very serious issue but it is also a very old one in this game. Based on that I would guess that they are either unable or unwilling to fix it. Admitting this would be a serious PR mistake so they just keep quiet. Another possibility is that they are trying to fix it and don't want to get players hopes up yet. Personally I think the latter is becoming less likely the more time passes, and plenty has passed already.

At this point even any kind of response would be nice! Whether it is "we are fixing" or just an acknowledgement that they are paying attention to anything we are saying. Seems all they have time for is gimmicks.

The fight is no where as hard as heroic mimiron, LK, or Yogg. All of its supposed difficulty comes from poor netcode and I haven't failed a mechanic since knowing his patterns. And please don't try to act elitist about beating this, people who are killing turn 4 coil are reporting the same thing so the elitism is laughable and pathetic.
