FC: Valor looking for Fun Raiders!

Hi Folks,

Our FC, Valor, is a small family-style FC looking to branch 1 group into a static Coil progression group. We have a full family of fun and helpful players currently, but are looking to fill in several slots for a Serious-Casual Raid team.

I am an experienced Raid Leader in other MMOs, leading raids of 50+ players to successful expansion completions, I have experience up to T2 in Coil right now from Pugging, and I'm looking for autonomous, intelligent players to fill in our raider slots. This will NOT be a hard-core-style group, but you are expected to be the following:

- Geared : Full DL and Relic, +1 is preferred for dps and healer, obviously Mytho and Allagan would be great as well!
- Competent : If you simply cannot preform your duties given reasonable amount of time, this is not the place for you.
- Committed : If you often will have RL conflicts or you are unreliable, this is not the place for you.
- Punctual : If you are late on a regular basis due to controllable circumstances, this is not the place for you.
- Polite : If you are rude, mean-spirited, or disrespectful, this is not the place for you.
- Focused : If you want to watch Breaking Bad while your group carries the brunt of the raid responsibilities, this is not the place for you.
- Of Good Moral Character : I don't want you around if you are not a generally good person.

Preferably, you are also:

- Skilled
- Experienced
- Fun-Loving
- Kind
- Easy going
- Helpful
- Innovative

We will have fun and rib each other and keep the environment fairly relaxed, but please come ready to enjoy the game by coordinating and accomplishing feats of problem solving and hand-eye coordination : D I plan on 2-3 evenings early in the week, with a few hours on a weekend day set aside for mopping up, additional attempts, or assistance with alts/other FC members, friends, etc on Relics, Titans, etc. Tentatively, something like MON@9:00CST/TUES@9:00CST/SUN@2:00CST for 2 hrs each - that is very much subject to change, and since we are still forming, you can have input!

If you are still with me, here are the slots I need currently - you can look me up in-game on my PLD (Ehayte Feytes) or my BLM (Nyne Feytes), send me an in-game e-mail, or post here. We will be using Ventrillo (mandatory for listening, optional for speaking), and we do have an enjin website.

I have some more flexibility, and I have a definite two slots left, and a possible 3rd, the possible roles you could play if you choose to apply:

mDPS
rDPS

Let me know what you can/want to play, and I have some flexibility in terms of making adjustments to my current team, based on some of the current member's job flexibility.

Haha, I was writing you back and I was like, "Wait a minute..." - I gotcha : D

Sounds good, I might not be in game tonight, but I'm always around from 5:30-7:30AM and then most evenings I'm in game for a while. I will make a note to look for you when I'm on so that we can talk some more to see if we are a good fit for each other - thanks for your interest!

Not sure how much weight my word carries amongst the masses, however, I would like to note here that Ehayte is a super cool guy, very competent raider, and DESPERATELY needs to kick this cold he has in the ass because it sounds like he's talking with mud up his nose :P

Thanks for the bump, but, I don't think 2 hours a night 2 days a week would preclude you from being able to also have a social life - I certainly have one.
